1. Abstracts and Papers
Abstracts of up to 300 words are invited in electronic format and should be submitted as an MS Word file via e-mail to the Symposium Office before 28th of February 2019. The abstract should state the authors' names, affiliations and e-mail address, the title of the paper, the objectives, methodology employed, the main results, and the conclusions of the research. Notification of acceptance of the abstracts will follow by 20th of March 2019. If the abstract is accepted, authors will be asked to submit an extended abstract (maximum six pages A4) by the 20th of March 2019. Authors will be notified of acceptance by 20th of April 2019. If the extended abstract is accepted, authors will be asked to submit a full-length paper after the conference dates(May 24-26, 2019). The accepted full-length paper will be published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series with some publishing fees.

2. Electricity, Power Supply
220 volts AC, 50Hz. Continental three-pin plugs are in use. Depending on your country, you may need an adapter.
3. Liability
The Organising Committee and/or Conference Organiser shall not be held liable for personal accidents of losses or damage to private property of registered delegates of the Conference. Delegates should make their own arrangements in respect of personal insurance.
